It starts with an AI desk that sorts everything a business receives into the right place, with an owner and a next step. Small businesses lose work in the gaps between their inboxes and apps, and I think AI is finally good enough to close those gaps.
I am building it around ten business areas that every small business has, from conversations and leads to finance and obligations. Each kind of business adds a small pack of tools and examples on top, so the core never has to be rebuilt.
Writers and publishers come first, then service trades. Every new channel plugs into the same desk, and every business teaches its own sorting through its profile and corrections. The platform gets more useful with each channel I add and more accurate for each business the longer it runs.
I build Everydom with a team of AI coding agents working in parallel, and I direct and review their work. Every change goes through automated tests and a review before it becomes part of the product. An AI-first company should be built the same way it asks its customers to work.
Everydom is in development. Email works end to end today, and AI sorting is in testing against realistic messages.
Website forms and connections from other business software have working code and local tests. Webhooks, Google Calendar, Gmail and Outlook are designed and being built.
Everydom LLC is a Virginia limited liability company.
